8. SMS/Text Message Communications
We send SMS messages through two separate consent paths. Consenting to receive non-essential SMS is never a condition of creating an account or using our services.
Transactional verification codes.
When you enter your phone number on a sign-in or account-change screen, we send a single one-time code to that number so you can confirm you own it. The message is initiated by your own action and is limited to verification only.
Account notifications (optional, opt-in only).
You will not receive any other SMS messages from us unless you separately and explicitly enable the “Enable SMS Notifications” toggle in your Notification Settings. This toggle is off by default. After enabling it, you further choose which categories you want delivered via SMS. You may receive:
- Account security alerts (e.g., new device sign-ins, password changes)
- Organization and onboarding notifications
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Other categories you select from your Notification Settings
Message frequency varies based on the categories you choose and your account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by toggling Enable SMS Notifications off in your Notification Settings. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further account-notification texts; user-initiated verification codes will still work. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party. Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described above and for account authentication.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information and to improve our service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of our service may not function properly without cookies.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.
