PATCH
/api/public/v1/tax-filings/{filingId}Update a tax filing
Moves a filing along its tracker: DRAFT → REVIEWED → DOWNLOADED → FILED → ACCEPTED. Setting FILED stamps `filedAt` the first time and never again, so correcting the record afterwards does not rewrite when it was actually filed.
Required scope
The access token must carry this scope. A token missing it gets 403 Forbidden. Grant them to an API client under Settings → Company → API, and to a teammate under Employee → Permissions.
