Get Builder usage

Builder spend, in tokens weighted at each model’s rates (`tokensBurnt`): all-time totals and a breakdown by model, plus the last thirty days by day. An engineer sees the company’s, with `employees` and each day’s `byEmployee` splitting it per person (the Self Healer’s under `bot`); everyone else sees only what they ran, and no `employees`.

Required scope

The access token must carry this scope. A token missing it gets 403 Forbidden. Grant them to an API client under Dev Tools → API, to an assistant or CLI sign-in when you approve or edit it under Dev Tools, and to a teammate under Employee → Permissions.
